This is my first post on our new blog. I would like to start by introducing you to my new book. After studying Clinical Psychology and obtaining a professional certification as a Life Coach I wrote a book on Emotional Intelligence
The book is the result of a wellness program I developed during the course of my studies as well as some insights gained from one-on-one counselling session.
The book is focused on increasing the readers’ emotional intelligence through greater understanding of the origin of emotions and its impact on our thoughts and behaviors.
In the book I present practical models and thought provoking discussions that helps the reader to gain greater awareness of their emotions and I give tools that assist in increased emotion managements skills.
This short book is written in an easy to read conversational style that will result in a more emotionally stable reader with a good understanding of their environment and greater relationship skills.
